Human Resource (HR) Generalist

As a Human Resource (HR) Generalist, you will be primarily based within our offices and work hand in hand with the Service Manager, Administrative staff and  CRC Care Ltd employees to ensure the smooth running of daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices through our Human Resource Online Platform.

Carer/Support Worker

As a Carer/Support Worker, you will play an integral part in delivering a high-quality standard of care and support our service users to allow them to live independently in their own homes as well as support them in achieving their own outcomes as required.
