St. Mang German Limburger cheese is a traditional, soft washed-rind cheese from Germany, made by the St. Mang dairy in the Allgäu region of Bavaria. This 4-pack offering of soft and creamy smooth cow's milk cheese is famous for its characteristic pale yellow body with a darker orange rind and, of course, it's strong, pungent smell. Despite it's aroma, this cheese has a rich and balanced flavor that can vary from suprisingly mild to strong and spicy depending on how long it has aged. Often enjoyed on dark rye or pumpernickel bread, and sometimes with onions or mustard, this is an excellent cheese to enjoy if you like a more aromatic meal with excellent flavor.
