Maven Adhesive Kits (SG400-LSE) deliver professional-grade bonding solutions for challenging low surface energy plastics without surface preparation. This two-component methyl methacrylate adhesive features a 10:1 mix ratio and bonds directly to polypropylene, polyethylene, and their filled variants including glass-filled and talc-filled PP. The formula excels at cross-bonding LSE plastics to metals like aluminum and stainless steel, as well as ABS and acrylic. With a working time of 1-3 minutes at 75°F and fixture time of 6 hours, this translucent, non-sag adhesive enables fast-paced assembly. Impressive shear strengths range from 480 psi on standard PP to 730 psi on LDPE, with substrate failure rates demonstrating superior bond integrity.
