- To be placed under a chocolate doser/depositor, for which you order your customer-made die whose nozzles are aligned with the evenly spaced cavities of this mold to fill multiple cavities at a time (compared with a confectionery funnel, with which you manually fill the cavities one by one)
- 1 part of the mold with cavities to be filled as you would a standard polycarbonate mold
- 1 part with cavities having a hole on one side (via which the machine's nozzles fill the mold's cavities), to complement the cavities of the other mold part, to make the chocolates 3 dimensional Metal magnets embedded in both polycarbonate parts to hold them together during filling
- Easy to remove the finished chocolates by waiting till they've solidified and then separating the two parts of the mold
- Size of each completed 3D truffle chocolate piece 26 millimeters diameter
- Weight of each whole truffle chocolate 8 grams (an approximate number, since different types of chocolate can have different weights)
